Registration for the Spring 2012 semester is now open! The registration form is available for download below. Mail or deliver your registration form and payment to Journey of Faith at the address indicated on the form, Attention: MOPS.

Cost

Your registration fee will cover childcare costs, craft supplies and other expenses. Your fee is paid each semester.

$40 per semester for each mom

$35 per semester for the first child, and $25.00 for each additional child you are enrolling in MOPPETS
