What is MOPS?

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. We are a fun, inspiring, and encouraging group of MOMS who meet to share food and conversation without interruptions, do a craft so we can finish something in one sitting, and recharge our batteries while our children are cared for in a loving environment just downstairs and out of earshot!

MOPS exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single, and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy to kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.

We meet every other Thursday, in two semesters, during the school year (click here for schedule) from 9:00-11:30am at Journey of Faith in Manhattan Beach, CA. Enjoy breakfast while listening to informative speakers on topics that matter to you. Childcare is offered for children 8 weeks through 8 years.
